Innovative ideas, transparent operations
A Registered Professional Surveyor, Mingo has 20 years’ experience as a fully qualified surveyor and is a member of Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand. He is fully conversant with all aspects of land development right from the initial feasibility, the survey of the site in its current status, the resource management & planning, the land development engineering, through to the production of new titles by cadastral surveying, including the project management of these deliverables.
Having worked together with private and public sector developers, Mingo has a thorough understanding of developers’ needs and the understanding of timelines being key to a successful delivery.
Mingo enjoys working alongside the everyday investors to maximize their investment, ensuring the process is as seamless and stress free as possible.
